XMetaL PDF via RenderX TOC indenting problem

When generating PDF output from XMetaL 6.0, if you are frustrated with the TOC of the "XMetaL Enhanced PDF via RenderX XEP" that does not have indenting of the topic title hierarchy at all, I have a simple solution for you:

Just copy C:\Documents and Settings\lli\Application Data\SoftQuad\XMetaL Shared\DITA_OT\demo\xmfo\cfg\fo\attrs\toc-attr.xsl to the following folder to override the same file in this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\lli\Application Data\SoftQuad\XMetaL Shared\DITA_OT\demo\xmfo\Customization\fo\attrs\xm-cfg

Note: you should back up the original file in the second folder before the copying just in case.
